For certain destinations or oversized items, an additional shipping fee may be required. This page allows you to securely complete that payment.

How It Works (3 Simple Steps):

1. Confirm Your Quote: First, please confirm the exact shipping fee amount with our customer service team via WhatsApp or Facebook.
2. Select the Amount: Use the quantity selector to match the quoted amount. For example, if your quoted shipping fee is $30, please select a quantity of “30”. (The price is set to $1 per unit).
3. Add to Cart & Checkout: Proceed to checkout. In the “Order special instructions” box on the cart page, please enter your original Order ID (e.g., #1234). This is crucial for us to link this payment to your statue order.

Example:

If customer service quoted you $45/€45 for shipping, you would set the quantity to 45 and add it to your cart. In the checkout notes, you would write: “For Order #1678”.

Why is this separate?

This system allows us to provide the most accurate and fair shipping costs for every collector, especially for remote locations or exceptionally large statues where shipping rates vary greatly. It ensures you only pay the actual cost required to get your grail safely to your door.
