Welcome to our store. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase, you agree to all the terms outlined below.

1. Pre-order Policy

  • Pre-order items may take up to 5–12 months to be delivered, depending on the production schedule of the studio.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required for all pre-orders.
  • If you are unable to complete payment under special circumstances, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
  • The final payment must be made within 4 weeks after the statue is officially released. If not, your reservation will be cancelled and the product will not be held.

2. In-stock Items

  • For products marked as in stock, delivery is usually within 2 months, depending on your location and shipping method.

3. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Full payment is required for in-stock items.
  • For pre-orders, you must pay a deposit first, and then complete the final payment later.
  • Once payment (deposit or full) is made, no cancellations or refunds are allowed unless otherwise agreed.

4. Shipping & Customs

  • We offer free shipping to the following regions:
    • USA
    • European Union (EU)
    • United Kingdom (UK)
    • Canada
    • Australia
    • Japan
    • Singapore
    • Thailand
  • Tax-free delivery applies to all of the above except Japan, which is free shipping but not tax-free.
  • Our default shipping method is sea freight, which may take several weeks.
  • If you prefer air shipping or express delivery, please contact our customer service — additional fees may apply.
  • We are not responsible for customs clearance delays or any additional customs taxes/charges in other regions.

5. Damage Policy

  • All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.
  • Minor imperfections or small issues (e.g., fitting parts, small marks) may occur and are not eligible for return.
  • In case of shipping damage:
    • Please contact us immediately and provide clear photos and videos.
    • If replacement parts are available, we will ship them to you free of charge.
    • If no parts are available, we may offer a partial refund, discount coupon, or other compensation.
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is completely unusable and cannot be repaired.

6. Refund & Return Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless required by law.
  • Each statue is handcrafted; slight variations or imperfections are normal and do not constitute a defect.
  • By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
    • Variations in product appearance versus display images.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
